What counts as a seat?

A seat is an active user in your organisation. Deactivated users don't count toward your seat limit. You can reassign seats at any time.

Can I switch plans?

Upgrade any time. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted on downgrade.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Every organisation's data is fully isolated at the database level (row-level security). Audio is deleted after processing by default. We're designed for SOC 2 Type II compliance. For maximum control, Enterprise includes on-premises deployment where nothing leaves your network.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?

Yes. Contact us at hello@onparrot.com. We offer reduced pricing for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups (under 20 employees, under $5M funding).

How does the free trial work?

Start a 14-day trial of Starter, Pro, or Business. You get full access to all features in that plan. After 14 days, you choose a paid plan to continue. Your data stays safe, nothing is deleted.

Do all plans include all features?

Yes. Every plan includes all core features — transcription, search, Ask Parrot, prep briefs, team sharing, and audit log. Plans differ by usage limits: how many meeting hours, queries, and seats you need.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your meetings, transcripts, and minutes are never deleted when you cancel. Your data stays safe and you can reactivate at any time to restore access.
